Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DRIVE CARE. We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund process under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 90 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The item has not been damaged, altered, or opened.
  • The return is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable items (if applicable).

3. Process for Returning Products

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at  0322-1146918 within the return window to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Ensure that the product is securely packed and shipped to the address we provide, along with the original receipt or invoice.

Please note: Return shipping charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the processing time may vary:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order. We will:

  • Offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Cover any return shipping costs if the product is faulty or incorrect.

7. Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process to initiate a refund.

8. Restocking Fee

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to [5]% may apply, especially for returned items that are not in resalable condition. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

9. Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. During busy periods, processing times may be longer.
